Refund policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange.  No refunds will be given.  No exchanges or store credit will be issues for sale items.  In order to receive a store credit or exchange, you must notify us by email at closetquench@gmail.com within 5 days after receiving your order.

Your item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  Returned items must have original tags attached, must not be worn, must be free of odor, stains, makeup, and deodorant.  Exchange or store credit will be issued upon examining returned item(s) as long as merchandise is in the same condition as it was received.

If a store credit is issued, you will be sent a unique code via email.  You will use the code at checkout on a future purchase. Store credits do not expire. 

Please inspect your order once received.  If any items are defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving order so that we may process an exchange or store credit.  You must email a photo of the defect to closetquench@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to decline any returns or store credits if the item(s) do not meet the return standards listed above.  If you fail to comply with allotted time frames, returns or exchanges with not be accepted.  Please allow 1-3 business days to process a return.
